Galtier crowns Messi as the best in the world after his goalscoring return with PSG

Paris Saint-Germain beat Angers 2-0 in Leo Messi‘s first game for the club after winning the Qatar 2022 World Cup with Argentina against teammate Kylian Mbappe‘s France.

Christophe Galtier, PSG coach, did not hesitate to talk up Messi after the match.

“Today we again saw the best player in the world,” Galtier told Prime Video Sport.

“It’s clear that when he’s with us, he changes things a lot on the pitch.”

On the night, Messi scored one and assisted the other of PSG‘s two goals.

Galtier wanted to thank the Parisian fans for welcoming Messi back.
